I'm sorry Crazy, I've been a little distracted these last days But yes, they are out of order imho. Never mind, rise above, you were brilliant when you were on the tellybox and that is all that matters
I had a feeling you were (and I mean that in a concerned way). I hope everything's okay. I will do and thank you.

I forgot to tell you....it would seem we have a water main burst going on a few houses up from mine. Well it's coming out the kerb but it's been like this since this morning (I first saw it this afternoon) and nobody's come out yet *rolls eyes* It's now lifting up the pavement slightly and affecting the water pressure.

Also we now have another leak problem in our house. The loo overflow pipe is to blame this time and so I have to take another day off work (well they hadn't asked my availability luckily) to wait for someone to come fix it. Mum's NOT happy and is very glad she didn't cancel this insurance policy thing that we have to cover any leaks and stuff in the house. She was going to cancel it a few months back and then we started having all these problems. This will be call out no.5 since January (I think?)

Ah Twass I had a friend who is an alcoholic and I had to end our friendship because it was too much. I fear for his family that they'll have to go through something terrible because he won't give up or even try.

Oh dear Mrs T lol. My Mum had to wash her hair tonight with the help of her bin o.O

Because of the burst main the water pressure's gone in the shower (and in the taps mind). They're still here fixing it with flashing lights and even an audience now *rolls eyes*

Morning all.

I think I went to bed around half 7 last night.

Got an appointment in a couple of hours. Health and weight management.

Yep, you can add another counsellor to my list.

speaking of weight
had an interesting conversation with a Nutrionist I know the gist of it was margarine, orange/fruit juices made from concentrate and white bread all cause the body to go into "fat storing mode" ,your body takes all the food and makes it into fat and stores it on the body so if you eat 2000 calories and only burn off 1990 10 are fat somewhere on you but if you don't eat stuff that puts you in fat storing mode there is a high probability the 500-600 of those calories will be pooped out rather than stored add to that a little bit of excersise and you can shift 1000 calories a day so toast and OJ for breaky is bad for you they also said genetics are a biggy when it comes to where and how much you store to

Im sorta living proof of that
I do Zero exercise I don't eat bread so no margarine or concentred juices or stuff made from them and i think i consume about 300 cals I drink about 10 coffee with 3 sugars a day
