Slight hiccup with my new job. Did I mention I had a job?
Well anyway, my eyesight isn't the best and due to using large machinery they require a eye prescription for me due to health and safety, which I didn't have so they sent me home today for now. But they are really great and helpful and really considerate and have allowed me a little time this week to get some. They will keep my job open in the meantime. Thankfully also I haven't signed off just yet so still just about qualify for NHS help. Amazingly I got an appointment today with Vision Express after being sent home from work. So I may get my glasses today and return to training for the job this week still.

I've had a crazy but good day yay

Nearly finished one of my assignments, just got to sort out the reference list now and one last check through my work before my module tutor claps her eyes onto it Thursday morning

I also managed to knock a scab off on my eczema and my friend was panicking because she thought I was going to pass out on her. I went really dead white and it did make me feel sick.....!!!! I'm not one to get queasy over blood...

I got stuck in all the traffic coming out of Birmingham, doh! Which is even worse this week due to the kiddies being on half term and obviously we probably get few more tourists

We also thought I'd caught my best friend's cold which is amusing because she was worrying about me getting it since I was in close contact to her (ie sitting next to her, walking by her side etc) last week But I've not blown my nose properly for few hours so not sure what's occuring...

House viewing went okay, they were first time buyers who were amazed at the space So keep yer fingers crossed We might know tomorrow as the estate agents always call the next working day

Awesome

I've not even been out today.

Blame a certain American TV show starring Bryan Cranston for that.

Thank you both ladies They're happy with me so far so I think it should be plain sailing from here? Just waiting on references to be contacted, another phone call, then a meeting in November to learn about everything.

Then I know next year I'll be having to get my visa from US embassy and my passport renewed early as I won't have enough months left and US won't let you in if you don't have 6 months left on your return date on your passport. I just wouldn't be able to get home as it runs out July 2016. I'd be returning that month....

There will be a way to sort that I feel sure. It's sounding very good! Will you be anywhere near Loots?
