Oh no, be careful & stop using it if continues making you sore & especially if you get dry skin. My eczema started from a daily wash mask thing, still here battling daily over 4 years on. I'm ok, just quite sore from my eczema

I kinda think it's in my head though a bit too if that makes sense? It probably feels hot rather than sore but my skin looks fine.

Argh I can sympathise with you with eczema. Mine was brought on by stress and of course the worse it got the more stressed I got and then my skin would get worse and the cycle would continue. It hasn't been too bad for the last few years luckily. I worked out a few things that made it worse (Vitamin E and newspaper ink weirdly).

I find Liz Earle and Nivea don't set off my skin and I use a Coal Tar shampoo for my scalp. Skin problems suck so sending you hugs x

Yeah I know what you mean

Thank you Missy. I don't know what sets mine but I know my stress & mental wellbeing probably does as it's always worse when I'm stressed or not having a good time Plus it then upsets me and makes it worse. I hate living like this.

My daughter has just been on a 'massive' schedule of treatment for hers as it was so bad! She has suffered with it all her life, even on the soles of her feet and her hands. My hugs to you and Crazy as I really understand to some extent xx

Do you use any medicated creams for it? I didn't go to the doctors but looking back I wish I had.

Yeah I'm on e45 for my mortising which I sometimes thinks makes it worse (regardless of the type) and dermol as my soap and shower gel replacement. I do get steroids if I go to the doctors over it but I haven't had any for a few months.

I hope you find a solution that gets rid of it once and for all x

Thank you I can go weeks being mostly clear so we'll get there, to be fair it has been improving I think. Last winter I managed to not have it on my face really as it was a mild winter although we still had horrible winds I'm just managing it very badly at the moment.

Morning all peepsicles! Very sorry to read of all the skin troubles, I am so lucky never to have suffered any. I know excema can be triggered by stress. I hadn't realised you'd only been a sufferer a few years Crazy, I assumed like Mrs T's daughter you'd had it all your life.

I've heard tying porridge oats in a cloth and putting them in the bath water can help....also sunlight or UV lamps. My eldest granddaughter who is six today has mild excema but it disappears in Summer.

What a band I saw the other night! I ended up having a boogie with a glamorous blonde She was with four big geezers too, I don't think they were the dancing type. I didn't get pummeled anyway

Morning Twass I'm glad you've never suffered any skin issues Yeah it's only been a few years but I've always had sensitive skin anyway.

Yeah mine is absolutely fine in the summer provided I don't already have a break out. It's always better when I'm away too, all that beautiful sunshine

Evening all.

Just been to see my brother, was his birthday today.

Another cold night tonight, it's when it gets to this time of year I look forward to bedtime, but always end up drinking too much coffee to actually sleep.
