Instead of all that television detritis wouldn`t they be better off just broadcasting a message saying PHONE YOUR MP AND TELL THEM if they dont fix it your voting the other side. or worse still your NOT voting for anybody ( a politician worst nightmare) If nobody voted how could they claim to have a mandate ?

and lets face it scrapping trident could pay for the next 30 years NHS budgets in full
/rant

Damn straight and that's obviously what SHOULD be happening but politicians live in some rarified alternate reality where so long as they and theirs are still coining it, who gives a shit about everyone else?

Hear hear!!

I do like CiN as they do help so many fantastic organisations/charities. Obviously don't like them spending some of the money raised on their guests etc. should appear for free!

Afternoon Everyone

I went out for a pub breakfast this morning - lovely

Spot on. I wouldn't vote for any of them.

I did get a bit put off by CiN when I found out that Terry Wogan used to be paid £10,000 to present it. I know the money came out of ''other'' money rather than that raised but it didn't sit right with me.

AFAIK now though Wogan and the rest of the presenters/guests appear for free.
