Well I've had a good Sunday with my Dad, his partner & my Nan Haven't seen her for almost 2 years opps. Would've seen her last Christmas but all of them were away together lol. But it was good. Thought it might feel weird as obviously my other Nan has died and as said, haven't seen the other one, but it was all good.

X Factor finished then my youngest rang to say they have a bloody power cut, they are on their way up here for a while so not in the dark. They have been told it should, and I say should,be back on by about 12.30.

Quite a lot of houses are out, well at least they have a port of call

I had my first PROPER Christmas present today The other one is a secret santa but I won't be opening til Christmas. I'm not allowed to because of the rules and also I wouldn't even if ti was because it's a family rule not to open gifts before our birthday/Christmas unless it's for something happening before the event which is rare My Mum goes mental if I open a thing beforehand If I have children, they will be forced to live under that rule too.

It was Mrs T, good advice I thought.

I had a Secret Santa from the Rik Mayall fan group on FB. Someone made me a lovely Rik related ornament.

We all had to open on the 9th, as that was six months for his death.

Got a ticket this weekend for The Hotpots in St Helens next Feb.

I must visit The Turk's Head while I'm there, that's where they filmed the video for "I'll 'Ave One Wi Yer".

And then possibly Blackpool at the end of May. People are more than welcome to join me for a night of Hotpotting

If I did Blackpool with DS'ers I'd love for us all to do Funny Girls, that would be an absolute scream.

Very worried about silentNate He was taken into hospital on Friday with breathing troubles suffering from a chest infection......he was to have been coming home yesterday but no news so am guessing he is still in. Fingers crossed for him please guys as our old thready mate

We really should do it, Funny Girls would be hilarious. If people had to use hotels then they could either stay here in Preston as it's a quick run up the M25 or something cheap and cheerful in Blackpool.
