It's lovely to have him but you forget how hard work it is lifting in and out of cars, prams, bags and all the rest. I love it though
I know what you mean there. I helped my friend today with the end of her shopping trip as she had to hold her daughter's hand and is pregnant again

Just got back in, been to see The Who.
I sort of lost interest in The Who as a band when Keith Moon died. They should have done a Led Zep and retired when their drummer copped it.

That does all sound very hectic Loopy!

I'm just about getting rid of a horrible cough that I've had for a week.

Christmas tree is up now too - mini missy keeps taking the baubles off so I took her round to my mum and step-dad's last night for their light switch on so she could attack their tree instead.

Busy day and it's not over nor the rest of the week.

Had my PDSA Volunteer Interview : Full on volunteers though but may have need in February and will keep my details on record. Then I had to endure Christmas shoppers but finally got everyone their presents now. Apart from a couple in post but no more town shopping yay! Then got myself some gas and evil card EVIIIL. Yes I found the old card in the one coat pocket I DIDN'T check just after I paid for gas on my new card. Went out last night for nothing curses. Oh and one little other thing today involving a phone call telling me I am on a 5 day work programme for Poundland which I had an interview for yesterday. No Biggie

Still today I need to wrap what I bought, have a bath and research retail stuff. And early night as I have to be in town before 9am for that work programme. It's 5 days 9am to 5pm. See if I can squeeze in some dinner and cleaning out the old freezer for Turkey

It was It ended up getting more hetic too. Went to work and got to finish early But my bus was late so wasn't going to get seen (doctors have a rule) but luckily the nurse was available at 4.45 and did it. However the syringing wasn't a total success and it was hurting. So got to go back next Tues (was going anyway for a different thing) and will be there for 30 mins for both things

Glad you're getting rid of it now, horrible coughs suck

Yay for tree!

Well done CB, you should be proud

I still have a busy week. Going to see E tomorrow instead of today and then helping out at a christmas party for my other job in the afternoon (3-5.30pm). In the evening I shall be going to a few shops with my Mum. Then Thursday I was going to be working but might take it off now as need to see my bestie. Friday I'll be working. In the evening my sis is coming over again! Saturday it's family day. Sunday going to the cinema & bit of shopping.

Glue your baubles on

I used to love watching mine with the tree, my youngest used to lie under it watching all the lights twinkling...she still does after a night out

You sound so busy which is brill. I used to hate having to top up my gas and leccy cards, horrid things and I still say are a rip off

My freezer just has some fish and sausage rolls in it

What was that about a penthouse?

I've just been thinking, I normally feel sodding miserable after the Christmas and New Year periods, but I've actually got something to look forward to a couple of days later

Now that the former thread is a luxury housing development, you are welcome to view Mrs T. How about 9.30 this morning?

Wonder what that could be xx

Happy Wednesday folks. I'm busy (ish) again today. Off to see E in a bit, hope she's in and will come back here for lunch. Then I'm off to my other work for a Christmas party for 11 - 14 year old girls

Oh and I have work for Friday too, 9-6

As you know I have bought the thread and changed it into a luxury housing development. I have kept you and others on the mailing list for some bargains. There is one going for only £36 million for example!
