I thought you didn't have them as you have that vile method? I don't really know other than I ache, although the pain has let up a bit and seem to have a temperature. Just hoping it's from being soooooo busy today and a good night's sleep will see me right I don't think it's a sickness bug like a fortnight ago as I thankfully don't feel sick.

All's good except this buggery headache which won't shift although painkillers have reduced the pain & my sore throat.

Ah me too I'll still have uni on the Thursday though.

Painkillers are handy, rarely take them but if needed a welcome relief I don't believe in suffering if not necessary.

I'm a big believer that pain relief is good, if you're in pain and resist that relief I believe you make it worse. Try to sleep and I know it's not easy if you can't, had quite a lot of bad sleep nights myself or should I say waking up too, too early.

I need to but have loved Big Brother

To be fair, most of my headaches don't hurt much and usually shift easily. But bad headaches I don't put up with aha. I have slept most of the day to be honest Mrs T Plus been sleeping early (well for me) for the past 5 nights.
