Stressed to bits somebody do court for me

I just had a nasty shock. Thought I'd missed my Jobcentre appointment. Turns out it's this week so I am in the clear! Still feel terrible though. What do you mean by 'do court'?

It's for my uni course. I have to have my 5 page statement finished and memorised for tomorrow. We then hand it to our lecturers who are acting as prosecution and defence. They will then go through said statement with a fine toothed comb and pick up all my faults and grill me on it hmph.

Roughish today but had to get in Sons. Off to bed in 3.2.1.

Well what a day I've had and it's only just gone 5pm. I normally work on Wednesdays as you may know but today I had to go to a school I applied a job at to do an activity with Reception kids. It went well bar a mistake I didn't want to make but did ugh. But somehow I knew I wouldn't get an interview in the afternoon. So went home and just before half 12 I knew I was right

But before that I had a really disturbed night's sleep with anxiety and nightmares. Then the anxiety plagued me all morning and most of this afternoon but seems to be wearing off slowly now the stupid thing.

I spent about 3 hours or so working on editing my dissertation AGAIN and have sent it off to my supervisor ahead of our meeting on Monday and then to my mentor who will read it on Tuesday alongside my journal article.

So now I can finally relax and do what I want! My Mum's going out tonight too so get some peace and quiet

Court is out of the way and I don't have to worry about it again until next year! It wasn't as bad as I thought and I'm so glad I was the first one up because everyone else had to sit outside watching people come out and say how bad it was. I don't think my nerves could take it. The two people after me made mistakes in their statements and the prosecution metaphorically ripped their statements to pieces so I'm sooo gladd I checked mine through 800 times!

Also got finished with my SMQP module today and managed 71%! (Scientific Methods and Quantitative Principles - Think about all those pointless maths things you learnt in school and though "I'm NEVER going to need this in life" and then times that thought by about 72)

Hope everyone is well! As usual I'm an owl and popping in when everyone is probably snoozing

It sure is and I did ask for feedback, apparently it'll come in an email.

Thank you lovely and I hope so too. Got a tutorial about my article tomorrow so that should help me along too.

Oh that is intriguing. Well it was sorta peaceful. My anxiety has continued to be a ****er but I got to chat to my friends and then my sister J (the one by you) for the third night in a row which was really nice
