Seen so many people on facebook saying they're not voting today and they're all the kind of people who I just know will be complaining when somebody they don't want gets in! Makes me maddddd!

Even if they don't "like" any of the parties they should still be voting for the one they dislike the most. Whether they vote or not we're still gonna have a government, and we need to get the Tories out hmph.
Labour for me If I thought Green had enough popularity I would have voted them in an instant, but as it stands I think it's between Labour and Tories and I know who I bloody don't want in!

Well done to anyone who voted today. Respect for all our views.

I have to say that the person who has earned admiration from me during these elections has been Ed Multibrand, he's come across far, far better than I anticipated. Thumbs up to Nichola Sturgeon too, strong lady.

Now it's done my bloody head in and I want to get back to normal, if there is such as thing as normal.

You should have voted for Greens regardless. Granted they are a minority party but every vote towards them makes a difference.. But rather you voted Labour instead

Exit poll says Tories are in lead.

Bollocks.

I know. I did giggle at them running though....

Quite a few recounts will end up happening as per usual. Wouldn't be surprised if Newcastle and Sunderland are amongst them.

I think they're all drunk on this election coverage. "I'll eat my hat" "Have you got a hat?" "No but I'll get a hat" "Can I have a hat?" "Yes, granted it's made of Marzipan"

It's why Gateshead is never mentioned, we do it properly

I just hope our MP gets re-elected, I do genuinely like him.

I didn't even realise that most of the country were also doing local elections today. My area is one of the bloody exceptions to that! I was very confused when my friend said she had voted Labour and Green!

I voted Labour in both.

I'm a bit of a floating voter, voted Lib Dem in the last couple, but I trust Nick Clegg as far as I can throw him these days, and in my health, I probably couldn't even pick him up.

Labour got my vote on both because of my MP. .

My local MP is labour and he was amazing sorting my passport issues out in less than 24 hours! I only got to tick one box in total! Thanks, Durham!
