Had a bit of a jump scare. Giant Bee came in from outside. And when I say Giant I mean Giant. I thought it was two bees in one.

Jump scare number two
My microwave needs replacing. I was just heating up some chicken and the next I hear a change in tone to it. Go back to the kitchen and there is a bright orange light all over inside of it. I thought it was going to explode. I switched it off and ran out of the room.

Chicken is fine looking inside but there is a massive bulge inside on one of the sides. Like something was about to pop like a zit.

On something else less stressful I tried Scallops today for the first time. They were reduced. The result? Rather bland and not worth the money. Would rather buy prawns in shells from the fish market for the price.

Scallops need to be cooked right and dressed with yummy stuff to get the best from them, otherwise they taste like dollops of wallpaper paste

They had a taste it was just rather unexciting Maybe it will work with more then just scallops on their own?

Remember when I said I was counting how many movies I have ever seen and that I might reach 1k? Well I've been using a site called Letterboxd to make that list instead. I currently have over 800 films on my list and I don't think I'm even half way through. Probably looking at closer to 2k then 1k

I'm amazed you can remember the names of all the films you've seen.....I swear I couldn't remember half of all the mundane ones I've watched

Scallops go best with bacon. Then they're delicious!

Another gem is salmon and bacon. Fry off streaky bacon in a pan until crisp then sear a salmon fillet in the same pan. Transfer to a foil lined baking dish and scoop all the bacon on top, oven bake for 8-10 mins tops.......perfect

I've done bacon with fish before. It was nice. Although I'm not a massive fan of salmon. I prefer Trout ot Tuna

Classic rock? You mean like 70's and 80's? That's my favourite rock era.

Movie list I am currently just shy of 2k and still loads more to add. 3k is looking possible

Lets put it this way. I'm going through the films registered on the site I'm using to add my number. There is 3440 pages of movies with about 72 per page. I am currently on page 76
