Oh very well then. It does want doing! Are you going to clean the actual oven as well??
![]() You'll be surprised at what you find Twass. I can almost guarantee it. It's gone from sweaty hot to thunderstorms here. |

The tops yeah but not really putting masses of effort in that. It needs replacing soon anyway.

Well, my efforts were brought up short sharp by the fact I can't move the oven. Too heavy!! However, I've wiped all the bits I can reach with antibacterial wipes. FILTH came off

Though It probably needs another going over as some dirt has got between the tiles but it's good enough for now. Just got the top and front of oven to clean now. But that's later I'm sweating buckets now. |

Interesting that you actually make lists of what needs doing, as that's exactly what I do whenever things need to be done. Then I tick the jobs off as I finish them.

I normally don't which is probably why I've been so lax with my cleaning until now.

Uh oh I'm losing my cleaning bug. That lazy day yesterday was perhaps not a good idea. The heat doesn't help.

![]() There is nothing on this earth so fabulous as being at a festival, living in a tent, with all the live music and everyone sort of throws off their 21st century self and we all go a bit wild. I first went about ten years back and I've been to many since.

Sitting down cleaning is good. I've done my work of the day and shall remain on my butt for the rest of it with the laptop, telly and kindle! I'm reading a truly epic fantasy at the moment. I feel like I am half in the book and half in the real world

House sale finally be moving in the right direction hurrah
They asked my Mum today when she wants to complete so naturally she said asap. So hopefully have a date and she can get electricians etc booked It was quite warm on Saturday but then had that rain & 3 rumbles of thunder. Then dried up and went muggy. Then rained again and did 3 mroe rumbles and that was almost at midnight so we were all in bed. Had to shut the window because my Mum could hear the rain. I couldn't Then yesterday it rained so much and so heavy. Then today has been cold and eventually started its long raining session at 3pm and has only recently stopped. So when I got home from work at half 5ish the pjs went on I was so late for work today opps. I was on standby and got asked to do a 9-4 shift but the woman who called didn't ask what time I expected to be there. I say that because my bus was late, kept stopping and then broke down just outside (almost) of where everyone was getting off grr. Then because of that I missed my second bus that would've got me there for half 9ish. So ended up starting at 10 and had to work through my lunch break as I don't get one if I do 6 hours (or less)...

That sounds interesting Crazy, although I have another five books in this series to read first and they are so complex it's taking longer to read than usual.

I don't suppose either of you have heard of the Duncton Chronicles by Richard Horwood? Those are really good. They're about moles.
My cleaning regime today is all over the place but I am cleaning, albeit out of order of my list, and things I didn't even list. But it all needs doing so yay me. |

Taking it easy again on cleaning today but it's the only day I can now. Want this front room done by Saturday and do the hallway Sunday. But apart from the ingrained dirt in the floor most of it is fairly easy. Just got to work out where to put everything.
I'm also thinking of doing a room shift. Clean room and a change of position might bring life into it again. |
