Sorry to hear that, CB. Try to relax if you can, no caffeine drinks after 6pm and maybe milky cocoa at bedtime, and a hot bath.....
I've just seen and heard the most amazing thing outside, bees swarming....tens of thousands of them, the sound of the buzzing was incredible! Lasted about five mins until the swarm settled in a tree in a dense black lump of living bees. They say a swarm in June is worth a silver spoon....incredible!!
