Been on it before and I was never this panicky. Hoping it helps. So far today thanks to nytol letting me get a good nights sleep and actually making an appointment and being proactive has helped ease some of the stress. Not quite feeling the effects of the pill yet though. Or maybe I am?

Evening, you've probably all crashed to bed but ah well I'm still gonna say it

Been an awesome day. Leona's finally got rid of Syco and has changed record companies. Her new single & album news should drop anytime soon and she's going to be promoted soooooooo much better like her new management (from last Dec) did

Such an excited fan tonight

Plus BB is ending, not that I'm in the final and started on Loose Wo/Men lol and had fun

Oh before that I went food shopping in two supermarkets because I am THAT badass
