Been trying to hold off going to bed since about 7pm. Just been feeling tired. No idea how since I pretty much lost Saturday due to sleep.

Going to put the rest of the show together tomorrow. Not only is it our birthday this weekend, it's also the Lancashire Hotpot's percussionist. How's that for a coincidence!

I think it was possibly my depression kicking in again, I've had a great few weeks and so to be stuck in the flat again, probably isn't doing me any good.

Woke up yesterday and couldn't think of anything to do or even be bothered to do it, so got to three and went to bed.

Today, I got up at 9, made myself a cuppa and gave myself a pile of CDs to listen to. make myself have a routine. Cuppa, first two albums, housework, another cuppa, one more album, lunch, that sort of thing.

You will be out and about as soon as you have your bus pass, I have to watch for the same in the long holidays myself so know how you feel in a tiny way. I was lucky last year that somebody came for me every day, the previous year I was like a wreck.

It was tasty. I am dedicated, so dedicated. I just want her next album to go well now she's left her record company. Glassheart should have gone so much better than it did. They're discussing it again in the LL Appreciation Thread. No idea why, it's only just going to get us all upset/angry and we can't change how the feckers ruined it all for her But it was a turning point for her so least she's found a positive out of a negative. Hence why she left her management last year & changed. Then this year changed record companies (she was only signed for a 5 album deal anyway with Syco).

Like yourself & Mrs T, I really need to watch myself aswell. I'm already falling into a bad sleeping habit and doing nothing. Well least I'm booked for every Thursday until mid July and should be seeing a friend Friday (as we had to postphone last min). But I do need to force myself out the house, but should be starting running prep and some class in next few weeks so that'll be good too.
