Have you tried Wheatgerm? You can put it in the bath, meant to help.

Assessments, so not easy stuff but loads of gassing and all that and extra brews

Not seen the news Twass, was out doing stuff and then on the phone with my friend who has some issues. But it was massively epic! Not seen anything like it, the roads looked like they were awash with sea foam due to the amount of hail that fell along with the rain.

I found it amazing but a bit of me was worried about people too admittedly.

No I haven't I don't take baths anyway.

Oh fun. I remember when I spent my last week at placement last year doing all their 'books' with all their achievements and pieces of work relating to EYFS. Fun times. Especially the one morning I did nothing but stick stuff in and rather enjoyed it actually.

My daughter's doctor (who used to be my long standing one) reckons we all wash too much which makes skin conditions worse.

I HATE STICKING THINGS IN BOOKS I usually end up taking it all home as not got bliddy time to sort it out

Goodnight xxx

Yeah probably. I only take 3-4 showers a week Shampoo for the hair and dermol as a shower gel replacement. I wash every day though Dermol again instead of soap as that dries me out.

I think I need to come to Preston then, I don't mind it. Although you do go stir crazy if it's more than 30 sheets (ie 1 per book).

Your doing the right thing then Crazy, too much washing takes away your natural skin oils.

You can come and sort out our records anytime but your welcome to come to Preston anytime for any reason and put yer feet up
