Shurrup sporran features! I still eat bread and have done throughout the weight loss. Just almost no spud, rice or pasta No cake, no biccies, no sweets. Very little fat. It works

My eldest daughter is the same, just not interested in food! She says it;s like fuel in the tank and anything will do. She fits in age 9/10 kids clothes and is a mum of two

Evening all

What a tiring day and guess what? I'm back at the special school again tomorrow but for sports day. It'll be nice to be busy Aching everywhere though from steep ramps at the college we took 3 of them to. Not to mention I ran/walked on the way there this morning and took the longer way home (was going to get the bus but missed it - don't even ask).

Fell asleep shortly after getting home and didn't stir for over 2 hours

I don't know but then again you're very consistent with your bedtime and get early nights whereas I don't Sometimes I do wish I didn't have the ability to nap but it can be useful However if I'm tired and actually keep myself busy (like being up and about doing something like food shopping), I can escape a nap until bed/night time

I'm jiggered, just finished cutting out some octopus well quite a few of them, made them using the childrens hands...some strange looking hands our class have

Yes I can kip like a baby, no probs, 7 or 8 hours!
