Spread your mini cheddars out accross a plate.
Cut up some cheese and place the cheese over the mini cheddars
Place in microwave until the cheese has melted over the mini cheddars
Sit down and enjoy

I prefer to have spread with cream cheese and then have a pickled jalepeno on top.

Is it me or are cheddars now virtually tasteless ..I remember when they had a real cheesey tang !

Actually I don't use them. I think the last several times they've been Morrisons' own.

I spread the mini chedders on a plate, then top each with a small chunk of mature chedder, then i add a dollop of branston pickle on top of each one. Yummy.
