What do you have for breakfast, lunch or dinner?

Plus what you drink each week alcohol or juice or coffee wise?

Odd question. Surely people don't just have the same things over and over?

We've got loads of cook books and before we go shopping we look through them and pick out a different recipe for each day for dinner. There are ones we like that we come back to but we try to leave it a couple of months before we have the same again.

I make sandwiches for work each day but try to vary them as much as possible.

I don't have breakfast, I'd rather have the extra 10 minutes in bed.

I drink Diet coke, fruit squash and water during the week. Friday and Saturday night I have some beers.

Odd reply, meal planning does not mean that you are having the same thing over and over again.

As for me, as I am controlling what I eat quite closely at the moment then all my meals are planned for the whole week. I cook for mrs and the kids and usually decide what they are having a night or two before.

I don't usually have breakfast.

Usually a chicken sandwich/roll for lunch, sometimes crackers and cheese.

I usually have a pizza on Saturday, roast on Sunday and a pasta bake at some point during the week. Everything else varies.

Did you even read the original post? They put "What do you have for breakfast, lunch or dinner?"

Seems an odd question to me and one that I couldn't possibly answer as it'd be an endless list.

If you read the rest of my post you'd see that I plan my meals for the week but every day varies every week. How could I possibly start to list all that? To actually be able to properly answer the question you'd have to be having the same things over and over in some kind of cycle.

It varies. Pork, lamb, chicken and beef each week.

Vegetables: celery, cabbage, aubergine, tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, french beans.

I don't drink alcohol. I don't drink coffee.

I don't have breakfast.

Today's lunch is a chicken, bacon, mushroom, onion, celery and cabbage pie.

I was thinking the same. I sometimes buy something for lunch/dinner and then change my mind and make something completely different.

Breakfast - same every day - Fresh Fruit Salad with half-fat creme fraiche, coffee

Lunch - sandwiches, or soup and a roll, coffee

Dinner - could be chops, steak, shepherds pie, cottage pie, roast dinner, very rarely chips, beef casserole, salad with cold meat, slow roasted pork or lamb, spaghetti bolognaise, chips with egg and beans, BLT sandwich followed by more fresh fruit salad.

Throughout the day I have several cups of coffee and about a pint of iced coffee made with semi-skimmed milk

Since I have been eating the fresh fruit salad daily, I have lost my craving for chocolate, which can only be a good thing
