Virtually none at all. I have soya milk mostly, although I will have ordinary milk in a cup of tea if soya isn't available.

As little as possible. It's a bit rank.

It varies. If I have cereal or porridge for my breakfast, more than when I don't. And more in hot weather, as I find ice-cold milk very refreshing.

Hardly any. I only drink skimmed milk and I only have a dribble in tea / coffee. I only have 2-3 hot drinks a day.
I never have cereal, hot chocolate, milk puddings etc |

I don't drink it every day but when I do it has to be very cold and I can drink a glass or two - so just over a pint.
I could drink more as it's very easy to down but i'd end up feeling sick. |

If I have porridge for breakfast I'll have it with that or with cereal, or if I have a fruit smoothie or a milkshake. Just drink a cup of it on it's own though? Rarely these days.

I never, ever drink milk on it's own, probably get through about half a pint a day in porridge and tea.

I've been drinking between 1 and 2 pints of milk a day for the last 30 years. I have it in tea, coffee and just on its own. I just love the stuff

About a pint I'd say.
In summer I drink more because I like a glass of ice cold milk now and then. |

I take 2 pints blue top to work every day. I enjoy it better than pop or warm drinks. I work in a chip shop so it gets hot

Not very much at all, if I have cereal then I'll use a little bit but not loads. Otherwise I don't use/drink it at all, I don't drink hot drinks either apart from the odd hot chocolate.

I have it in tea and drink a fair amount of tea so I'd say half a pint a day (semi skimmed)
I hate milk itself though and if ever I have cereal I have it dry ! |

I hate drinking milk on it's own but lately I've been making my own iced coffee, so get through about 2 pints a day

A pint of milk will last me a week and I often have to throw some of it out. I only take a splash in tea, none in coffee, I don't eat cereals and hardly use any in cooking.

Half a pint to a pint a day. Love the stuff. I try not to drink more than this as its high in calories (IIRC full fat milk is as calorific as Coca-cola or beer!)

I used to drink a pint a day of semi skimmed milk when I was younger. Now I hardly drink any but have it in coffee or hot chocolate. I like very cold milk. I should really drink more.

A lot, at the moment!
I don't usually drink a lot of milk, except in tea (about 6 cups a day until a few months ago), although over the summer I used to have a mug of cold milk with marshmallows before bed. And then I've been struggling with anorexia and restricting liquid calories for months now. But I'm in an EDU now, and having a lot of milk! 150mls with cereal if I choose that for breakfast, 200ml cold milk for morning snack, 200ml cold milk for afternoon snack, and 200ml hot milk for night snack (although my meal plan changes tomorrow so I will be having either 200ml of hot chocolate, milkshake, hot milk with 2 sugars, or 300ml milk instead). I've grown up with skimmed milk all my life, and here it's semi-skimmed I think, but it's absolutely lovely, I have to say I actually look forward to drinking it at the moment. Love milk.

I very rarely have a glass of milk, but I do put milk in my tea, or use it to make porridge or a smoothie. I buy whole milk.
