None because the sugar content is too high. I have a small amount of Greek yoghurt very occasionally.

I drink 2 cups of coffee and one of cocoa a day with a dollop of single cream in. Low-carb diets are such a hardship

I have a glass most days - I've loved milk ever since we had milk breaks at school

I think those milk breaks put a lot of people off the stuff for life. It was frozen solid in the winter and disgustingly warm in summer.

As an adult I was weaned from milk many years ago. If your referring to the foul and inhuman practice of drinking calf's milk then God no!

I do have some moral standards as a human being.

Milk is, and always has been, my favourite drink and I can drink two pints a day or even more, depending how much I fancy it.

I have it semi-skimmed, iced (often with ice cubes too) and loads of it, I can drink a pint at one sitting. I'd rather have it than any other drink, whether alcoholic, juices or even water.

In the fridge, I keep a whole shelf-load of longlife milk at hand too, not as good as fresh, but when it's freezing cold, it's fine until I can get the 'real thing'.

Love, love, LOVE milk!

I think about this too, but at the end of the day, its very tasty, cheap and has vital nutrients. I am not sure of drinking loads of it because then I think it could have negative health effects, possibly cancer etc
