Homemade quorn burgers
Hi, I wonder if anyone has any ideas for me. I'm trying to make some homemade quorn burgers but don't want to use egg yolk to combine the mixture. What could I use as a substitute? Also does anyone have any recipes of their own that I could try?

But I like the other quorn range e.g mince, chicken style pieces, beef and lamb style pieces (mind you I don't know what chicken, beef or lamb tastes like). |

You could try mashed potatoes/sweet potatoes to bind the mixture maybe?
Barring that, I vote for tempeh. It makes fantastic burgers. |
