Oh yes, BB3 do tend to repeat a lot of things too, especially Family Guy and American Dad! (There is an episode of AD called 'The Scarlett Getter' which they repeat a lot).

Aye, the thing opens with dramatic music "we're on a mission to find the lost city of Atlantis. Will our team of experts find it?"
Nope. Goodnight!

In the same vein, Chris Tarrant used to annoy me with that on WWTBAM. "Welcome back to Part Two" - I'd never been in Part Two to begin with

I gat annoyed that celebrities ,besides having a great job, then get to make other fun programmes, like Martin Clules was in Nepal the other night ,getting to wash elephants.

Goodness sake, could their lives be any better, great job, great pay ,oh and would you like to travel to some far distant land and swim with some dolphins and also be poid for that?

It also irks me when they say "See you next time". No, I'll see you next time, you can't see me!

When a female presenter on morning tv wears a short skirt ,but then is constantly trying to tug it down,a few centremetes, they must have know how short is was,and if you going to show your legs off ,....just do it

And the same presenters wear dresses a couple of sizes too small - Steph and Carol, I'm looking at YOU!

Gameshow presenters who constantly remind us of the scores. They tell us the scores before the ad break kicks in and then AFTER that's done too.

"Let's remind everyone of the scores." NO DON'T! WE ALREADY KNOW!

"The correct answer is" (cue long pause) ...."find out after the break".
Done on just about every quiz show on Commercial TV.

People in dramas and soaps never going for a poo or a wee.

" Yes Phil , the woman who you think is your mother is actually a ma.............., oh, touching cloth, I'll need to go for a monetary slump, sorry but needs must "

Especially on channels like Dave which are showing reruns.

In addition to the issue of "all new" programmes not fitting their description as mentioned by the poster above me, the "all new" label also creates a new stack in your Sky+/Tivo planner (so you have one stack/grouping titled simply "The Simpsons" and then another one called "All New: The Simpsons). I'd rather they just put the series and episode number at the end of the programme information.

This is annoying! When we were recording Clangers there were 5 episodes listed as "New: Clangers" and another episode just listed as "Clangers".

Does that finally explain the mystery of how you get to the toilet in the Rovers Return?

Ad breaks that don't last exactly four presses of the skip button on my PVR.

My gripe is with Tivo, when I fast forward the ads I press play at the exact moment the show starts but it always jumps back a bit and makes me watch the sponsor ad.

I enjoyed watching Humans but did not enjoy that stupid 'Maximum performance!' serious-business-gymnasts-dancing-around a car ad. Hell I can't even drive, I took to muting those ads in the end.

Whereas I get annoyed with Sky+ because it doesn`t do that and I miss the first few seconds of the programme after the break, or I have to wind back manually.

I actually quite like that TiVo does that. That means I don't miss the very start of the programme even if you end up catching a couple of seconds of something just before the very start I can live with that.

It's all in the timing. Press play again just *after* the programme looks like it's starting. I've got it down to a fine art

Also another gripe is in sitcoms, why oh why do they cast beautiful women as the love interests of fat, slobbish, balding, plain looking men?

For example in Not Going Out Lee marries Lucy
In Early Doors Ken gets to go out with Tanya, who looks about 15 years younger than him.

And I get that we are supposed to like these male characters, in a way they're amusing and well written but why couldn't they be paired with someone who doesn't look like an ex model? So unrealistic.
