Sorry to have to do this but if it acts as a warning and saves people money and heartache then so be it.
Bought a Pipo M2 3G from this outfit in April 2013.
Delivered ok.
After six months the tablet stopped working, contacted them and agreed return for repair in November 2013.
Posted back to China at considerable cost (£23ish)
Couple of holding emails, finally confirming receipt of item and trying to get me to pay a factory charge of $10!!
Numerous emails sent and ignored.
Now been waiting over four months, no return of item and no reply to emails.
Now they have over £200 of my money and MY tablet and refusing to reply to emails.
Sorry to say but these people are thieves.
Have lost my money and tablet.
Have posted a negative review on the website, but this has to reviewed, so I’m guessing that will not be shown then.
What is the point of companies allowing reviews if they only show the good ones!!
All links to Twitter, Facebook and direct contact are broken.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
I suppose lesson learnt the hard way for me 

Couldn't you contact Paypal anyway? I know I would. I'd try everything possible.

Apparently they're connected with DX.com, might be worth giving them a shout...

If your Paypal account is linked to a credit card then I believe that the CC company are jointly liable.

No, Section 75 protection does not apply to purchases made via an intermediary such as PayPal.

Unfortunately there isn't a lot the OP can do if the company is not responding and PayPal aren't interested.

Contacted Paypal

As I thought nothing they can really do as it's well out of the claim period.

They did offer to contact the seller and inform them of my problem (in Chinese) and also issue a strike against them for poor customer service.

Apart from that seems little else I can do.
