How long will the shoutouts last?

Can't believe they got the gall to keep running these competitions.

Sorry, but a tv show that treats its viewers as idiots like this isn't gonna last long.

ROSS KING?!! I was joking but here he is.

It's like they want it to fail.

Just watched the first half an hour and was quite impressed. Fairly slick but the 1D segment near the start seemed a bit out of place with the other news items. I'm not sure I'd have Sean sitting at the desk constantly either. I wasn't expecting an ad free zone either so that was a nice surprise.

And the showbiz gossip starts.
In the last 10 mins it's reverted straight back to GMTV.

So 6.30 goes sport, competition, US showbiz....that gives them all a long break.

Exactly right. The same for the last version. The first ad break was around 6.45

Damn the American showbiz presenter is still there. He looks lost.

like the Presenting team
but so many on screen graphics they need to drop the weather one in the lower right corner and slow the stories down its too fast at the moment

The aspect ratio looks a bit off, they aren't framing the presenters very well. Looks like I'm watching one of those curved screens at the moment.

Ben Shephard is soooo shockingly bad.

ITV is a commercial network, it's natural they would have ad breaks and various competitions. We can't except them to stop running ads and competitions tbh.

Ranvir relegated to roving reporter of useless stories.

Yeah like they are all still asleep with a tv crew marching round their house.

I don't think Sky News do competitions and they are commercial.

Some rubbish about a big family and shoes

So, they're using all their old reporters and staff.

Features exactly same times as Breakfast.... tut like we wouldn't notice that even a weather map that tours the country.

Ads I agree but competitions are a viewing disaster if they want to attract ratings. They threaten the whole feel of the programme in my opinion.

Yes, but SkyNews is a cable channel.

And they carry on with the taking turns.
No Bens turn to interview someone at the chairs.

There's the odd section where they're all sitting at the desk grinning inanely in a smugfest then jumping to individuals doing different bits. It's all a bit random. Now they've gone back to the desk but it's just Susanna and the sports presenter but they're acting like the 2 main presenters and going into a story that's non-sport. Handing over to Ranvir on location who then hands back not to Susanna and sports guy but Charlotte with a quick headline summary and then a quick bit with them all at the desk before over to Laura for the weather.

It's like a fast game of pass the parcel with news!!

Just turned it on - he looks bored to death and is not listening to a word that woman is talking about (internet cons) just looking down at his papers.
Back to Eamonn me thinks.
