WineBuddy Cab Sav Home Brew question
I'm doing my 1st Young's WineBuddy 6 bottle home brew wine kit & I'm now up to day 6 and according to the instructions I need to de-gas it.
The Instructions say to transfer the wine from the fermenting tub to another 6 times, so my first question is... Do I just pour it from one to another (including sediment & wood chips) or do I siphon it? I've noticed a little bit of mould sitting on the top of the frementing wine (I'm assuming its because of the yeast) so my second question is should I just scoop the bits out & is this normal? Many thanks in advance
