Is the scoring too high?
In the show, after 5 weeks of competition the lowest score that they are now giving out is a 7 for the dances. Is it just me or is this far too high, especially when you get some scathing comments from the judges only for them to hold up a 7? It also baffles me how for some reason a 7 is seen as bad on this show when for example on SCD many contestants only get 4,5,6 s in the first few weeks.

Yes scoring has always been too high and seeing 7 as a bad score is ridiculous but strictly is getting as bad luckily Craig is there as he seems to be the only judge that realises that a 10 only means something if you earn it. If you look at early series of strictly they were so much stricter than now For example Jill's jive only got 10 in the final.

of course it is! The likes of NeNe and Candace would get torn apart on SCD by the likes of Craig! And there's no way that Meryl's Tango would have got 10s!
