Will it actually sell is more what I'd like to know. She hasn't had a hit album since Back to Basics 10 years ago.

No. She doesnt care though I dont think. Her main interest is her fans and that will be the main focus of the album.

That't the problem. I don't think she has many left!

In all seriousness though, I love Christina and I really hope she manages to come back with a big hit. I wasn't fussed on Lotus, although Army of Me is a tune and should definitely have been a single. I also think Bionic is a fantastic album and should have performed much better.

I doubt she'll ever top Dirrty, Beautiful and Fighter though. All the singles from Stripped were just perfect.

I'm interested to see where she goes with this album, I really liked Bionic and a fair few tracks on Lotus, but the singles themselves were just not great - I mean I enjoyed them because it was HER singing them, if it was anyone else I'm not sure I'd be a fan... and I think that's the problem. I don't really wanna hear generic EDM/Pop tracks from her, she's better than doing a cut and paste pop record.

She needs to have a song that is distinctly Xtina again like those from Stripped and BtB. I wouldn't mind hearing a few more tracks like Birds of Prey though, that's one of my favourite's of hers.

XTina takes for ever with new albums. When is she due to give birth? because of that I doubt we will get it before 2015.

Really excited for this! She seems in a good place and I'm interested to see how that's reflected in the music. As HEUS said, it pro PBS won't be released for a good while though!

Regardless of how much she sells, I'm always happy for more Xtina music

Me too. I couldn't care less what it sells. As long as she gets to release music, and I get to buy it, I'm happy.

I'm no expert, but going on recent pictures, and trying to judge how big her bump is, I'd say she probably about 5 months pregnant maybe? She's not one to promote much these days anyway, so we might not have to wait too long after the birth for the new album.

Her restrained vocals on "say something" with Big Bad Beautiful World is amazing! I hope she doesn't come out with a bland EDM track or something throwaway like "your body" That was such a bland first single. Xtina should do a more mature sound next album. Rock soul and R&B numbers . Stay away from pop and sexy songs. Get people to notice the voice not "erotica" style antics like the cringe worthy "not myself tonight!"

I'd love something jazzy and happy like Ain't No Other Man or Cher's Shoop Shoop song.

She suits that so much, plus I've always thought the fashion from that style and era really suits her!

Christina seems to be charting well when she is not the main artist nowadays. I wonder if Say Something would of been as successful with Christina Aguilera alone and with the same promotion etc.
