How long will my lamb last?
Did a leg of lamb yesterday and was going to use the leftovers in a curry tonight but we've just had a late lunch so was going to hold off making the curry until tomorrow.
If I keep it in the fridge will the lamb be okay to eat tomorrow night? I know people do things like that with their turkey at Christmas, but just thought id make sure.. Thanks in advance |

Definitely.
Get the meat off the bone and if you don't eat it all freeze what's left. |
