Can anyone point me in right direction for some good video tutorials to root a Samsung galaxy note 1. Also how to put Cwm on.

Follow the excellent advice from Step666. A word of warning about xda though - everything you need to know is there, you will be flamed big time if you ask questions that have already been answered so search first.
