i think there should be some more colour in this forum, like how it was in the past with blue background colour. It looks a bit depressing all grey.

Sub forums for each soap definitely
Pinned threads and polls at the top of these sub forums, like the big brother one had, there are several obvious ones re Lucy that should be there and moderators can start new thread titles to combine several others eg an Alibi thread, a personality thread, a theory thread etc
Don't merge a thread for 72 hours. Post in it after 24 and 48 saying it is going to be merged and into which thread
