EE Curveball possible.
Something about Nick Cotton is going to surface in the 30th and I think it could tie in with Lucy. If Nick is the killer, it does round a full circle and it would be 30 years to the day he killed Reg Cox (poor guy - didn't even hear his voice!).
I reckon this Christmas, there will be a real curveball (do not fall for it!) and I think that someone will get arrested. I also think it could be a case of Dirty Dens death (10 years ago to the anniversary) where the person in mind, 'thinks' they are responsible. Then on the 19th Fev 2015, Nick returns...and its going to hit the audience like a ton of bricks. Ha. |

Nick Cotton is a panto villian & I'd be disappointed if hes the killer.
I wonder if whoever killed Lucy simply pushed her over & she hit her head again & it caused a fatal head injury? Therefore it was manslaughter, not a technical murder and it could therefore be someone close to her. I wouldnt be surprised if Ian, Cindy or Jane are the killer |

I think Nick will return before the 30th, though.

Perhaps somebody had put Lucy onto a new cocaine supplier, she turns up at the never been heard of before, Walford Common, new supplier approaches and she sees that it's Nick, "Oi Nick, wasn't it your funeral t'other week" (Lucys a proper northerner you know), Nick realises he's been rumbled and has to silence her. The person who set her up to meet Nick thinks that they're responsible and acts guilty, gets wrongly arrested etc, it all gets revealed for the anniversary.

I think Lucy went to Walford Common to meet a supplier and buy drugs.
She had asked Ian to return the cocaine he had found in her room, and he refused. She went to buy more. I think the identity of the pusher will be one of the shock reveals. |

He said the twist at Christmas ensure that nobody knows who killed her.
That doesn't sound like they suddenly want us to believe it's someone who it isn't by then because they said it will ensure it's all thrown into the air and we can't make any guesses. |
