Others have also cited other country's BB ideas for BB:UK6 without being slated. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

I can think of many reasons that wouldn't work, but wouldn't the first evicted hm be rather lonely on their own during the second week? It would probably contravene a Geneva Convevtion thingy too - remember the outcry after Emma was kept alone after fight night in BB5.

i'd like to see a decnt sized garden too- so theres room for proper tasks.

the bb5 garden was too small to do anythin extravagent. i'd like to see the sort of well prepared n thought out tasks they had in the US show- it looked good when they showed BB4 USA on e4.

Would expect if they did that idea the first eviction would be a double eviction!

When its a full 1 month of BB6. I would like them to celebrate its one month anniversary, with all the evicted HMs joining in the party for 1 day with one of the HMs bringing bad or good news with them to the party.

I'd like to see a wider age range in the housemates chosen, rather than just one token older housemate and a whole bunch of people in their twenties/early thirties. Maybe a few more forty or even (gasp?) fiftysomethings? I mean, the older contestants on Celebrity Big Brother were loads of fun to watch, so why shouldn't older people get a look in on the non-celeb version?

I suspect the % of older aplicants at the auditions is very low and the chances of getting more than 1 good one not particularly high. BB are going to pick the 12 best candidates and previous wrinklies like Sandy and Ahmed spent most of their time in the house sulking in their own company before going mad.

If it wasn't for it introducing a possible viewer bias, I'd have like to have seen, at the start of the show, one housemate being introduced to the house unexpectedly. ie. someone who thinks they've failed the audition, later being hoodwinked in to entering the set; Big Brother having sorted their jobs/relatives out secretly before hand.

Caught on the hop, with nothing other than what they've got on their backs.

Michelle.

Try this abysmality on for size ... each housemate (when there are only six-ish left) have to pick an album from a selection provided by Big brother. They then take it in turns to sing a song from their own chosen album (with an acompanying track, you have to give them a chance!) and a secret panel live in the studio, vote. Sort of a cross between Pop whatever-its-called and one of those Bruce Forsythe games ... What do points make? A chav kebab night and a pair of mountain bikes!

I had a similar idea, except all the hm's are moved, one by one(or maybe two the first time) from one house to another, untill the 2nd house is full. see my post in this thread
