How do I speak to a specific Orange customer service person?
I spoke to one a few weeks back who gave me his name and extension number in a text and said we had to deal with him.
I rang today and CS denied all knowledge I'd spoken to him and said they wouldn't put me through to them as a result!

Ah ok. My apologies then.
To be honest orange's customer service hasn't been great recently. I'd ring back and first of all ask the person you speak to what has been actioned on the account. Then ask if you can be transferred if it has/hasn't been actioned. |

Indeed, they seem very selective about responding to tweets too.
