Kal has not been in Corrie very long and they are already trying to spoil him. He is acting like a stalker at the moment. Do these people on the Street do any work?
Kal pushed Nick too hard tonight and really upset Gail.
It's about time somebody gave him a serious kicking.
His old man who talks like he's got a mouth full of mint imperials should be forced to watch the whole damn thing as well.

I don't think it is lol. The characters doing the stalking are losing it a tiny bit, that's the idea.
It's a rite of passage on the street, you aren't in love until you've spent a week of episodes wandering the streets and bumping into the person.

It's from an old film, Fatal Attraction, in which a woman stalks the married man who doesn't want her anymore after a brief affair. She does all manner of mad things, including boiling up the family rabbit.
Really hating all these 'maybe couple' storylines. Leanne is at her best when she has strong characters to talk to (which is why she works well with all of Gail's family bar Nick) but is boring without that. The Kal storyline is awful. They keep trying to give him some depth and end up making him look as if he has PTSD. Every day, a new and poorly-written character trait.
Maria's phone drama is seriously awful too. Everything is going round and round in circles without resolution, something that nearly sank EE last year. Decent storylines please.
