Breakfast green smoothie to get your 7-a-day.

thanks, it was a bit frightening when I first used it, so powerful. What is in a breakfast green smoothie?

I was thinking about getting one. They have them on Asda Groceries site, but I am not sure if they deliver them in the same way as they do Groceries.

Also when you see the advert they cut the fruit and veg up, so that must leave a bit left over which will go off if not used quickly.

I don't understand that point, wouldn't you just cut up a whole apple (just an example) and put it all in (minus the core of course). Why would that waste anything ?
