Completely horrid character so not sure what her purpose is unless there is some kind of redemption arc with her.
Maybe Ronnie will bump her off if she upsets aleks or gives him a hard time

Really like her. It would be great if she could goad Bianca into hitting her.

I haven't warmed to her at all. I don't think I will either, pointless casting imo.

I like her already because she's annoying Bianca, who is an utterly ghastly character.

I love the florist though! Hope she's in it more. So does pam work at the flower stall and the funeral parlour?

She adds nothing good to the show, is she there to make the two witches seem less gobby/horrible, as if we need another one of those.

I personally don't like Donna as a character at all. I understand that not all disabled people are perfect angels but the last disabled character was a nasty piece of work and I think it would have been nice to see a character who was disabled but also a nice member of the community. I just don't get where they're going with her and if they don't have her at least being watchable I can't see her lasting very long. It's a good thing they pitted her against the two witches or I'd really find her attitude bothering!

From a viewers point of view I don't like her because Kat and Bianca are legends and characters I've invested in
But if it was real life if probably agree with her |

Izzy in Corrie is also in a motorised wheelchair, just surprised it took EE so long to copy that one, as thats whats they do, copy each other, Tina announced to be killed in Corrie, EE followed with the killing of Lucy.........., all just copy each other, done it for years.

Her character wasn't initially meant to be on a weelchair
) but I'm actually not a huge fan of her acting myself right now. She doesn't seem to have much of a range and I almost feel like I'm not buying her at all right now, when she's in scenes I just want them to end, I get it's early days but right now I'm not sure if the fact she was in a wheelchair swayed them to pick her over her acting because I'm not overly impressed so far, bearing in mind she's barely been here a week of course.

I love her. Anyone who can stick up for themselves to Kat and Bianca is a legend in my book! Tamwar should learn from her! Lol

![]() Next you'll be saying they copied by showing one of the characters drinking tea. Considering the length of time it takes for stories to go from writing to the screen, if they have stories running at the same time it's virtually impossible that they copied because stories were planned almost a year in advance. |

Not keen on her tbh, the gobby mouth is off putting, we have enough of those type of characters already, as put already it's not a good reflection on disabled character's why not build on it and give her family or something other then she's a rival for Kat and Bianca.

Very poor actress, after seeing her I find it hard to believe she was chosen for her acting rather than her disability, how crap were the other auditionees.

I thought the actress wasn't a wheelchair user in real life?
I remember she was in that Max and Paddy series with Peter Kay and she was walking around no problem. She has dwarfism sure, but unless she's had serious hip problems in recent years, the wheelchair is just for the character. Mind you, she was a fairly average actor back then too. |

Horrible character who seems to only exist to make the two horrid witches seem somewhat less horrid. Don't see the need for her at all...

Why are people so keen to write a character off as 'pointless' so soon? What do people actually want a character to do that's so full of impact when they've only just been introduced? Do you not think it might take more than, y'know.. a couple of episodes before we might figure out a character's 'point'?
If you don't like the character or the actress, fine, but I struggle to take people seriously when they write characters as off as 'totally pointless' based on about five short scenes. People are so impatient. |
