It was a suspended sentence for two years I think.

I thought we would have seen a court scene, but no!

She got a suspended two year sentence, doesn't seem to stop her from feeling the slightest bit of remorse for lying and almost sending an innocent woman to life behind bars though. All dressed up asking her son if she looked innocent enough to convince the judge butter wouldn't melt around her, I really want to like Kat but they make it hard

She's such a hypocrite. Hopefully she'll do something to break the law and get banged up for 2 years. Justice for Alice!

This - yes pretty much - what a joke of a verdict and it didn't take her long to start the usual lecturing of others routine with the rights and wrongs, Bianca-style.

Thought that Kat would've been banged up for a couple of months at least - seeing as Jessie is off out of EE for a while.

I thought he would say slapper or tart, Mummy

But what does two years suspended actually mean? Is two years the sentence or the period of the suspension? Was it just me or did they not make it clear enough?

2 years suspended means if she breaks the law during that period she'll be sent to prison for 2 years (plus whatever her new sentence will be). Let's hope she punches a policeman or something quickly.

I can't believe she got off Out of the whole Michael saga, the only one with solid proof that they did something wrong is Kat, I can't believe no one was punished for it. But if it helps return St Stacey to the square....

Michael was plotting to kill Janine. He was also going for the knife so Janine finished him off. I think Michael got his just desserts.

Did Kat actually have solid proof though? Michael told her that Alice was harassing him but that doesn't prove anything, he said a lot of things, such as that Eddie murdered his mum, when really, she committed suicide. She didn't know he was plotting to kill Janine and she lived with him, she only knows what Joey told her. Alice wasn't very clear when Kat visited her.

Or did you mean that there was solid proof that Kat did wrong yet she only gets a suspended sentence?

I meant that Kat was the only one to have solid evidence against her, in that she perjured in front of a judge and jury. I thought she would have got a few months at least to facilitate her filming break.
