Tmobile booster confusion!
I'm away from home for a week in a hotel and using my Tmobile SIM only phone more than usual. I ran out of data allowance so bought a data booster using the new EE App - it said under the booster section of the app £5 for 1.GB of data which I bought. I get a text confirming purchase of what looked like wifi (it gave username/password) then I check on the App for purchased boosters and it shows I've bought a £15 for 5GB super internet booster!
Looking elsewhere on the EE App it shows other data boosters for different prices. On Tmobile regular website my account shows £15 / 5GB booster has been bought. Has anyone had any dealings with buying boosters? it seems all very random and poorly set out (surely not with EE??!!) To cap it all, the booster lasts for the remainder of my monthly billing which is 5 days time. I just wish there was some comprehensive booster info that was up to date, Tmob/EE really need to pull their finger out of the arse and get this tidied up! |

I have not had any dealing with buying extra boosters on T-Mobile but I can say for sure that their website info for T-Mobile & Orange pay as you go price plans are non existant near enough and I think its awful that this information isn't easily set out, it just seems they want everyone on the one superior brand "EE - 4G" and thats that.

Soon after getting a text saying I've now got 5Gb booster, milliseconds later I get another saying they confirm it's been removed?
However, online and via EE App it now shows the 5GB booster purchased for £15.76 despite it saying it would cost £5 for 1.5GB on the same app Clearly they've still got a long way to go to get Tmobile and Orange customers catered for... or more likely force them over to EE which I imagine is their intent. Luckily they're not into organising piss ups in breweries |
