My Robert Welch knife set.
I just love "prepping" (Ooh, so cheffy) with them. Carefully sharpened before, then carefully cleaned afterward, then back in the box ![]() My second favourite kitchen appliance is my wife ![]() (No matter what I create I cannot match her perfect soft boiled egg) |

I think my potato ricer - gorgeous fluffy mash with no lumps and minimal manual labour!
Or my garlic press - no smelly garlic under the fingernails from chopping

My favourite* kitchen product would have to be our Judge knives set. Having a decent set of knives can do wonders in the kitchen. We have some gadgets but I have to say don't use them that much! The only one I would like would be the one spoon of oil air fryer thing that seems popular at the minute. My grandma says it's fabulous and she cooks all sorts in it, perfect chips and steak every time.

Might sound silly but one of my favourites is a bowl.
It's just the right portion size for soups, stews, chilli & rice, spag bol etc. Infact anything you can eat using either a spoon or just a fork. |

I always thought my slow cooker the best thing ever, that is until I got my pressure cooker. I have bone broth every day and it only takes half a hour to make a weeks worth of broth rather than almost two days of either simmering on the cooker or in the slow cooker.
Also my dehydrator. I have jars of dried food that I put into my broth for soups and stews etc, |
