Doctor Who in the 90s

If the show wasn't axed, what would it have been like in the 90s?

How long would McCoy have stayed on?

Would McGann still have been the eighth Doctor?

What number Doctor would we be on by now?

McCoy was planning on leaving after season 27 wasn't he? So he would have only stayed on for another year.

I reckon somebody else would have been Eight, but McGann could have been Nine I guess.

Yeah - that was about right. He was planning on doing one more season after his last story(Survival) - I think Ace was meant to leave and he was going to get some sort of safecracker/thief as his new assistant. Plus, the regeneration story.

Apparently, I read on the Internet last year, that Richard Griffiths had been chosen to play the Eighth Doctor before the show was suddenly axed. I don't know how true it is, but that's what I read.

Also, I read that there was to be a three part story called Ice Time, shown in 1990. And that Ace was to leave half-way through the season.

I have found a picture of what Richard Griffiths would have looked like in Peter Davison's Doctor's costume., but not Paul McGann's.
