You don't see Top Deck Limeade and Lager anymore either. Nor Top Deck Cider Shandy.

I've seen Shandy Bass on sale at Poundstretcher recently.

Haven't seen it's stablemate, Shandy Pilsner, for many years.

My local chippy sells them. I had a can yesterday with my fish and chips.

I tend to find them in the pound stores
It's quite annoying as I don't drink alcohol and Shandy Bass is the closest I ever get to it.

It's still quite popular in my chippy. It's made by PepsiCo now. You might see it more over the next few weeks as it's on offer in bookers, Batleys and bestways cash and carrys. We normally stock Ben shaws shandy but as Shandy Bass is half price we have stocked up. Quite a few other retailers were also doing this too today. (Good profit margin)

Why's it annoying?

I would suspect because they can not get to the pounds shops as often as they could get to other shops.

You can buy alcohol free pear cider, which isn't the same as beer but it tastes good to me.
I am not allowed to drink alcohol either, but am perfectly happy drinking that.
Kopperberg make it.

But I love shandy bass, as a kid I used to pretend I was drinking a grown up drink (sad I know), never found any problem buying it

I saw them in the soft drinks section of my local Sainsburys for 55p today.

I adore that alcohol free cider. I always pop In to weatherspoons and have one.
