Which, if true, would be a good thing surely, rather than pay large sums to attract your "big showbiz star" (which would also attract much criticism from many quarters I suspect).

Anyway, if the report is true, it's more likely that Tess remains out front, with Claudia doing the post-dance interview segments (as happened on the times when Bruce was not there).
And, if true, it would be something of a first to have one of the BBC's top entertainment shows anchored by two women.
