Whoever it is will not be universally liked especially by many men who seem to think their masculinity is threatened at the thought of two women fronting a TV show instead of butch (hardly a description of Fforsyth) man with a woman taking the lesser role. News flash - it's 2014 and women have equal rights with men. It's no longer a male dominated world and if that upsets some of the men - tough.
Tess and Claudia actually increased viewers when Fforsyth was off.
And it isn't as if World War 3 will break out if it is two women - it's only a TV show.”

You are entirely correct, ratings increased by quite a bit when forsyth wasn't on. Personally my interest will increase more that hes not on live shows anymore. His health is far more important than his work now.
