iPad Mini 2 and WPS

I have a Nexus 7 and when I call up the list of available networks, there is a WPS icon for easy connection. OH has an iPad mini 2 and I can't find a WPS setting anywhere - probably because I don't have any Apple products and don't know where to look.

Can anyone enlighten me, also if it can be done on a iPhone for reference for daughters friends.

It's probably staring me in the face.

This might help:

WPS is not thought to be overly secure and a couple of years back a lot of advice was given and suggested it should be disabled on routers. With iPads and iPhones once you have entered the details of the connection manually it will remember them for next time you want to connect so you will only need to set it up once.

Thanks for that, it's not on my router but on a powerline wifi extender with a password as long as my arm which I can't change.

OH and daughter are happy now they can get access to the internet in our conservatory.
