Can't seem to find this anywhere.
I can find cook-in sauces but no condiment.
Blue Dragon used to do one but it's not listed on their website anymore plus it was rather thin.
I'm looking for something like McDonald's Sweet & Sour dip.

There's no end of offerings for Thai Sweet Chilli

If you find it let me know! I love the stuff. I use to work there years ago and use to take one home every shift to dip Doritos in lol. I have found the curry one they do

Google offers a few recipes for sweet and sour dipping "sauce" but I have no idea how they compare to the Mac version.

Could you not add cornflour, and cook it till it is a thick consistency?

I was looking for an off the shelf condiment that can be kept in the cupboard for months.
