Me and Connor have looked over your speeches and have also taken into account everything you have done in this competition.

Lets get this started, Callum...

Your speech was incredible and your track record shows you up to be a very strong candidate.

For me you have been consistent, you have proven why you should be in this final.

Me and Connor both agree that there is no way that you shouldn't be in that final.

Callum, you can go back to the house, you are our first finalist.

Omg, thank you so much Lord Mitchell and Connor! I won't let you down and thank you for this incredible opportunity.

Now, I'm left with an extremely hard deicison.

On one hand we have Queenie, who has been a very consistent performer, won two star performers, but has failed to reach the deadline, which has let her down incredibly, if it hadn't been cos of this, Queenie would have sailed through.

On the other hand we have Tom, hes been less consistent with some moments of genius and some moments of absolute madness, but he has stuck to deadlines, but the main thing letting him down is his attitude, it has interfered with your performance many times and has made you look less of a stronger candidate.

Why should you stay?

I don't believe my attitude has been terrible - I was quite bad in the Task 1 boardroom, but since then I've learnt from it.

I should go through to the final because I am really determined in everything I do, and furthermore I am a complete allrounder - I am creative, punctual, a good leader, a good motivator... Yes I am not perfect, but that would be asking too much.

I just feel I have the skills mixed with an engaging personality which make me a very deserving candidate to go through to the final, and I can only hope yiu give me that opportunity.

Can I just add I have a really strong track record in this process, and I basically... Am just easy to work with, which is more than can be said for most of the others who were in this process.

Lord Mithcell, if you gave me the opportunity of being in the final there is no way you would regret it, and if I let you down, I'll happily walk out the door.

I believe I should stay in the competition because I have proven to be consistent and have put myself into the firing line as project manager twice now, both times on tasks I was unsure about which shows I am willing to take risks, and I will continue to take risks if I make it any further in the process.

I have missed deadlines, yes, but everyone has their weaknesses and time management is mine. I am 100% willing to work on this as I am a committed candidate who has a near perfect track record.

I have shown off my presentation skills when showing the work my team has done to you and the viewers, I am able to communicate my ideas clearly so that everyone knows exactly what I am trying to say, I think this is a key skill to have as misunderstanding can lead to failure.

As project manager, I have shown I am able to make decisions carefully and decisively whilst always looking at the bigger picture. I am always asking myself What If? so that I can expand on my work and ensure that the work I produce is the very best I can do.

I am also confident in standing up for my ideas, as shown during the location task, and am willing to go off and do further research in order to make sure I have a strong knowledge on what the task is about.

Thank you for listening, please put me through, I promise you won't regret it.

Right, this hasn't been easy for me and Connor.

You've both been good enough, but I only have one more final place.

So it comes down to who I see having more of a chance of winning this process.

Thats why I've decided...

Tom, you're fired.

Ultimately, Queenie has more of a chance of winning this process.

You've been a great candidate, commiserations.

Queenie I will see you on Friday for the final.
