I agree!

Thank you very much Eliza, means a lot.

Aww, Tomi, thank you, that's lovely.

Ok Vanquisher.

Thoughts on Natalie as a PM

How did you do?

The task went well. We already came up with half the ideas in just an hour or two. Me, Eliza and Cal all contributed and came up with the ideas. We agreed on everything (apart from the name of the shop).

Guys don't heap the praise all at once then

Oh right...

Natalie was quite indecisive and in my opinion didn't really act as a Manager, more an equal to Cal and I. But she did have a lot of creative input and was fair.

Natalie was an amazing project manager, she kept the group together and allocated the different roles and jobs. She was fantastic!

She had a passion of her idea though and it ended up doing quite well.

That was a problem too though... She was so hooked on the pet idea before we had even brainstormed anymore... But anyway...

We did brainstorm but you missed the first bit. We then spent ages on rubbish ideas to get back to where we started anyway

One problem we did face was agreeing on ideas, even though our end result was well, the first hour or so was hectic

Tom, how would you have gone about project managing differently?

That is true. Probably between 20 and 35 minutes

Right, shall we see what our advisors think?

Connor, what did you make of Team Fusion?

I put forward a good idea. And I did look through the bit I missed, and I really didn't miss much.

Maybe we should stop scrapping. Lord Mitchell is waiting

I would have most definitely spent longer on brainstorming, and not get assigned on one idea. I would also have held a vote with what we went with... Natalie took a while to decide some things.

Alas i disagree about the idea
But we all gave our own ideas and i decided on what i thought was the best. I happily spent ages talking about other ideas before we decided.

Also i don't feel we needed a vote because callum thought my idea was better and you did say be decisive numerous times and i did. Plus we spent plenty of time brainstorming but wasn't getting anywhere. If i recall you kept saying hurry up

Natalie, we may have spent ages talking, but nothing very much was actually DONE in that space of time...

We discussed ideas like a good group even if our ideas weren't the best. There wasn't any point going with the first idea if none of us liked it.
