I've been listening to songs like Ghosts, Morphine, Is Is Scary, Carousel, Childhood, and Little Susie and feel these songs are very underrated compared to the monster hits like Thriller and Bad.

What about you?

Ghosts, Morphine & 2Bad are 3 of my favourites... it's quite scary how 'prophetic' Morphine is though lyrically.

I don't know how 'underrated' it would be classed as, but Another Part of Me is another one of my favourites, plus the fact it's from Captain EO makes it even better (but that's me just being a bit of a Disney geek aha)

I love In the Closet.

I was listening to a lot of Michael's music yesterday. There will be nothing like it ever again.

Weird to come across this thread just been listening to a lot of Michael recently. Not sure why. Do love the dangerous era though out of all the eras. These are just my personal opinions as I never see people talk about like some of the others.
Out of the singles...
Give In To Me (seriously I don't know why this isn't appreciated more, to me anyway)
Ghosts
Remember The Time
In The Closet

Also another vote for Another Part Of Me and to an extent Stranger In Moscow.

One more vote for "Another Part of Me" - indeed a tune and a half and one that you very rarely hear anywhere these days.

Oh Stranger In Moscow! It's one of my most played tracks so I never think of it as being 'underrated' haha. I'd also add another vote for GITM! I love that song.

(Side note: I was very impressed with Leona Lewis' cover of SIM at the MJ Tribute Concert, I just wish there was a HQ recording of it!)

I have to add a vote in the direction of Human Nature. It doesn't get much praise, but the vocals are amazing IMO.

Absolutely loads. It's always the same singles which get played on the radio (Billie Jean, Beat It, Thriller etc), but loads of his other singles are IMO just as good or even better. In the Closet, Jam, Liberian Girl, Blood on the Dancefloor - and my personal favourite Who Is It.

Also stuff like Little Susie, Is It Scary, Unbreakable, Threatened, Tabloid Junkie and Keep the Faith... I can honestly say I love just about every track on every album from Bad onwards. I can't wait to get Xscape tommorow!!

Liberian Girl. The video is cool as well with all the Hollywood stars of the 80's.

My four favourite Michael Jackson songs are Man In The Mirror, Give In To Me, Dirty Diana and They Don't Care About Us. Obviously the first of those is rated highly, not sure how rated generally the other three are?

Yep, Off The Wall definitely. I know it's a title track but it doesn't get the kudos it deserves and furthermore, considering it is a title track, you're hard pressed to get any decent footage of him singing it. Other than grainy concert footage, I've never seen it feature on a decent compilation DVD - I just LOVE it!

Ditto for Got To Be There, Burn This Disco Out and Human Nature: all underrated IMO.

Just good friends with Stevie Wonder is one that no one ever mentions but it has just a feel good factor it it.

State if shock with Mick Jagger is one that I never tire of.

None duets aside:
Is It Scary,
History (I know it is a title track but know one I know ever mentions it)
Whatever Happens (Possibly the only song from Invincible that I like).
