I think Neda's ultimate flaw in her game was not having the balls to vote out Jon, or at least put herself in the position to vote out Jon. She did all the groundwork (getting Jon to eliminate his own allies) but never seemed keen on actually doing the final deed. Which some credit has to go to Jon I guess because he played up the bitter jury vote if she was the one to vote him out. But now look what happened, she ended up having to vote for him as the winner after he got rid of her. Typical that she overplayed at other parts of the game but wasn't forthright enough in getting out Jon.
In the end the winner basically was determined by winning competitions. Either Jon had to win his way to the end to win or Neda had to win either final 4 veto or final HOH to vote Jon out and claim victory. Whether she tried hard enough to win I don't know. She seemed to adopt the whole 'Can't someone else do it?' when it came to voting Jon out and she payed the price.
I think the thing that most annoys me is the comments from 'fans'. Big mistake looking on facebook, I'll never make that mistake again.
The general attitude seemed to be:-
Neda planning to vote out Jon = "OMG what a b*tch, how dare she!!! Stupid move."

Jon voting out Neda - "OMG yes!!! Genius move, show that b*tch Neda."
I can handle Jon's win because I think their alliance got them both to the end and was ultimately a 50/50 thing and Jon won when he needed to. But the gender thing never sits right with me.
It still sucks that a woman can't even beat a man in the final 2 in this format without someone screwing up their jury vote.
