How on earth can you say that?! You were not in the chat, Callum was conflicting more with Queenie than me, and I played no part in him quitting. I did find his decision to quit though, absolutely ridiculous. Am I not allowed to have an opinion? I am not being out of order...

It wasn't Tom's fault at all. Callum quit exactly after Tom said he preferred my idea to his, and then Callum accused me of being mean to him because I asked him to give some more detailed reasons as to why we should choose his county as all he was doing was naming people (...it's the birth place of Keith Lemon!) and naming things there (Emmerdale's filmed there!).

It was an OTT reaction.

I'm not saying you don't have an opinion, but calling Callum a brat for being seemingly forced out of a game. Although, I could be hearing the wrong side of the story and if so, I apologise.

Noone forced him out of the game, he threw a tantrum and quit.

Callum was absolutely not forced out of the game, and if he disagrees with that, he's lying.

I know I'm not really part of this, but personally I believe that anyone should be able to say what they like, and if they're being unfair, that will come out in time. On DSA, everyone hated me to start out with and some of the time it did feel as though it was me versus most of the other candidates (bar one person who I bonded with from the off, and people will know who that person was). Of course that was a bit depressing, but I knew that it was their problem, not mine, so I just got on with doing the best job I could on the tasks and ultimately I felt like I earned people's respect a bit more. This is not a popularity contest.

All we seemed to be doing was bickering. I didn't like the sarcasm and I provided many facts that were just laughed at.

Thankfully Team Fusion is not like this, wouldn't be able to cope.

They were just teething problems! Everything is running fine now! I feel you walked to prove a point. What sarcasm are you talking about? And no wonder your facts were laughed at: How stupid would we have looked if we sat up in the boardroom and said 'visit this place, because Keith Lemon was born here.' It's simply not viable.

It was one thing what I said. I came up with lots more ideas.

One things that is certainly not true is that people made fun of your ideaas, as you alluded to in an earlier post. That's just a lie.

In this process, you need to be able to accept criticism! I didn't like your idea, but you seemed to take it as some kind of personal attack.

I'll just say as a guest advisor and past contestant there's a line between constructive and destructive criticism. Whilst clashing on tasks is something that happens often it shouldn't spill out into personal attacks on the forum. I don't know all the details so won't go into it but I think the two of you should resolve it by PM instead of over a thread which Lord Sugar can see and move on from your issues.

To the team I'm observing, I won't be here the majority of tomorrow or for the boardroom but I've relayed my feedback to Lord Sugar and I've just been honest with it. I won't go into detail as the task is still ongoing but I'll be happy to discuss everything and all my thoughts with you after the task on Monday morning. If I'm not online at all tomorrow I just want to say good luck to both teams and I'm excited to see the end results.

My criticism wasn't destructive.

Just want to see that due to circumstances beyond my control, the likelihood is that I will not be on at all tomorrow, but I have tried my hardest with this task and put in a lot of work, it's just up to Eliza and Myk to put the finishing touches on.

If something annoys you, like not having your ideas taken seriously or whatever else the issue might be, then save it for the boardroom. That's the point, you air all that stuff then

The task was to do a brochure. Not a website. They are two completely different things.

Why would Mitch change the task from the original briefing?

You haven't done the task set. If Mitch asked us to bake him a cake and Team Vanquisher made buns it would be incorrect. It may contain all the same stuff, but it isn't what was asked.

We didn't know how to do a brochure so that everyone could do it so we asked Mitch if we could do it in a website form and he said that was fine.

You should have used your initiative. A website isn't the same thing as a brochure.

I have to say, I think Team Fusion being allowed to do a website. A website is much easier to do than a brochure - websites always have templates you can work from that make them look slick when you create them.
